Wayne A. Label, Ph.D., CPA

Wayne A. Label, Ph.D., CPA received his Bachelor’s of Science at the University of California, Berkeley and his MBA and Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles.

He worked in public accounting with an international CPA firm in Los Angeles and New York.

Dr. Label has taught at several universities including: University of Hawaii, UCLA, New York University, and University of Nevada, Las Vegas in the United States, and in Brazil, Boliva, Peru, Chile, Thailand, Germany, Korea and Mexico abroad.

He has written four books on Accounting including Accounting for Non-Accountants which has been published in English, Spanish and Chinese. To accompany this #1 selling book he has written a Study Guide.

Dr. Label has also published more than 40 articles in professional journals and has served as an expert witness for many major corporations.

Weldon (Don) Havins, M.D., J.D., L.L.M. (Health Law)

Weldon (Don) Havins graduated from San Diego State University, Wake Forest University School of Medicine, and interned at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C.

He served two years in the U.S. Navy, completed an ophthalmology residency at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA and a fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Texas, Houston. Dr. Havins earned a Masters degree in Management from the Claremont Graduate University.

He earned his law degree from the University of San Diego followed by a Masters of Laws in Health Law from the same University. He is currently a Professor and Director of Medical Jurisprudence and Ethics at Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine and Associate Dean for Academic Initiatives.

Cheryl Kennedy Henderson, MS

Cheryl Kennedy Henderson has been working in accounting for over 25 years.

She has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee in Finance, and another B.S. from Tennessee Wesleyan College with a major in Accounting.

Ms. Henderson also received her Maters in Accounting and Information Technology from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC) in December, 2008.

 

Javier de León Ledesma

Javier de León Ledesma es doctor en Contabilidad por la Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC, Expaña), donde imparte docencia en Contabilidad Financiera y Análisis Financiero de Estados Contables.

Ha escrito ocho libros y publicado más de 20 articulos en revistats cientificas y profesionales, nacionales e internacionales (en Estados Unidos, México, Chile, Colombia y Argentina, entre otros). Es secretario del Instituto Univeritario de Turismo y Desarrollo Económico Sostenible (TYDES) de la ULPGC, y miembro de la cátedra UNESCO de Planificación Turistica y Desarrollo Sostenible de dicha universidad.

En la actualidad forma parte de diversos proyectos de investigación, colaborando con paises como Estados Unidos, Australia, Chile, Cuba, Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina, Senegal, Guinea Bissau y otros. Ha trabajado en el ámbito de la contabilidad y de la auditoria financiera.
